Hayden Panettiere certainly chose a memorable way to announce her engagement. The Nashville star confirmed her plans to walk down the aisle during an appearance on Live With Kelly & Michael, all the while wearing a giant boa constructor around her neck. "I'm sort of distracted, not just by the snake, but there's a very large diamond ring on your finger," chat show host Kelly Ripa pointed out.

"I am!" she said.Hayden first met 37-year-old Wladimir in 2009 at a book party and the pair dated for two years before calling off their relationship. Happily, they reunited this past spring.
