"They do get counselling when they come home as a lot of them are so young."

The former Pussycat Doll, who is mentor for the Girls category this season, spoke about the new chair system at Boot Camp. "It was brutal. It broke my heart. I lose sleep over this show all the time," she confessed. "It was so emotional for everyone. There were so many tears. They had to fly home together. It's an awkward situation. "The glamorous 35-year-old also admitted that she is not keen on acts flirting with her. "It's a totally awkward situation. The auditionees start to move forward and I'm like, 'Please don't make eye contact'," she explained. "I start to look at the audience and pray they don't come up to me. "They come up and start grinding. Their breath is foul. "Nicole appears on Alan Carr's Chatty Man on Friday night at 10pm on Channel 4.
