Emmerdale actress Charley Webb has insisted that she is still "really great friends" with her ex-fiancé Matthew Wolfenden, despite rumours that her co-star had heated on her.
Charley, who split from Matthew in August and has three-year-old son Buster with, spoke out in defence of their friendship.
"Me and Matthew are great friends," said the brunette beauty. "I know what the truth is and I know people who were there. There are a lot of witnesses. Matthew is Buster's dad and we're both really great friends."
The 33-year-old actor was said to have cheated on Charley with a fan, Klaire Holloway, after the pair met and flirted at a family barbecue.
Charley seemed to be putting the rumours to rest, as she focused on spending quality time with little Buster between filming.
The soap star, who is best known her role as Debbie Dingle in the ITV soap, whisked her son off to Disneyland Paris for a special Halloween-themed trip. Charley clearly embraced the Disney spirit, donning the trademark mouse ears and posing with Buster next to a playful Minnie Mouse.
The mother-of-one has been gearing her son up for the spooky celebration, and has taken to Twitter to share her excitement.
"A snuggly day in with my little man.....we're making some cupcakes and spooky biscuits. Basically because I want to eat them!!," she wrote.
Charley and Matthew confirmed their split in August, when a spokeswoman for the show announced their separation.
"Charley Webb and Matthew Wolfenden have confirmed that they have separated," she said. "They will remain friends and are focusing on their little boy."
At the time Matthew thanked fans on the social media site for their support.
"Thank you so much for all your lovely messages," he tweeted. "Unfortunately these things happen, and it's very sad. Buster is our main priority always. X"
