Frankie Sandford has found the perfect workout companion in her baby son Parker
.The new mum posted a cute photo of herself exercising at home while carrying newborn Parker safely in a baby carrier. "Finally found a way to make working out enjoyable!" wrote Frankie next to the picture. "#everybodyneedsaparker."

"How cute is this?!" said Frankie. "Now all my preggo friends know what they're getting! #family."
