The LA home that Khloé Kardashian shared with her husband Lamar Odom is now up for sale.Californian estate agents Trulia have reported that the couple's mansion, located in the luxurious suburb of Tarzana, is listed for just under $5.5m. "The couple is now seeking to officially dissolve ownership of their seven bedroom, nine bathroom, 8,000 square foot Tarzana mansion," said Trulia.
"It was rumoured to be a secret pocket listing since November 2013," they added. "But now it is officially for sale on the open market. "The grand Mediterranean-inspired property, which is located inside a gated community, was regularly featured on the couple's reality show Khloé and Lamar and has a large sweeping staircase, a pool and a paved courtyard.
At the beginning of November, before Khloé filed for divorce from Lamar, the 29-year-old denied reports that her marital home was up for sale. "If u want 2 make up stories that I'm selling my home," wrote Khloé on Twitter. "At least use images AFTER I renovated it. "LOL I can't stand those horrendous old images," she jokingly added.
Real estate sources had reportedly told TMZ that Khloé had given the property a pocket listing, meaning that a broker would be in charge of the sale and that the house would not be entered into the multiple listing system. The pocket listing would have also meant that the house, which the couple bought for $3.95million back in 2009, would only be sold to buyers who have been approved before they are able to view it.
