It is thought that the heart will be placed in little Harper's bedroom.

The power couple reportedly paid £31.5million for their new luxury family home – a Grade II-listed property located in West London – which comprises eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a pool, cinema, library, panic room and 100ft Oriental garden.

It is believed that interior designer Kelly Hoppen has been enlisted to revamp the townhouse property, which, when complete, will boast a personalised manicure and hairdressing room for fashion designer Victoria, with four nail bars, hairdressing chairs and mirrors surrounded with bulbs.

David, once one of the world's highest-paid sports stars, with annual earnings of £16million, David, 38, is now retired and taking a backseat while his wife concentrates on her fashion empire. He recently spoke out about being a proud stay-at-home dad.

Asked in December by chat show host Jonathan Ross whether he is a house-husband, David replied, "I really am. But I love it. I've been lucky, I've always been able to take the boys to school in the mornings and pick them up and make them dinner and things like that. So I do even more of that.""I'm able to take all three of the boys to school and then I take Harper to her school for a few hours and then pick her up. I'm kind of like a driver at the moment, I'm always in the car."
