Peter Andre has revealed that he and fiancée Emily MacDonagh plan to wed in a "traditional" ceremony. "We're definitely going to get married," Peter told show hosts John Stapleton and Lorraine Kelly on Daybreak. "I want a traditional English and traditional Greek wedding, and I want to do two separate ones. "It's going to be a couple of years yet but it will be English and it will be Greek."
© Photo: Getty ImagesThe reality TV star, 40, was speaking one day after he announced the name of the couple's newborn daughter Amelia. It had taken Peter and Emily almost a month to decide on a moniker for the little one, but Peter had previously revealed that he wanted a traditional English name.
The London-born singer's children from his previous marriage, Junior and Princess, helped in the decision. "We thought of a name at last," said Peter. "It ended up being out of Isabella and Amelia and we all sat together [with the kids] and we all decided."
© Photo: Getty ImagesLooking back on the newborn's birth, Peter Andre admitted that he panicked at the thought of his 26-year-old fiancée giving birth in the car. "We drove from home to Taunton which was a three and a half to four hour drive and before we left the house she wasn't in labour," said Peter. "Halfway to the house she was in labour. The contractions started, then I thought, 'she's going to give birth in the car,' and then I started panicking. Then there was traffic!"Peter and Emily welcomed their firstborn in early January, and announced their engagement later that month.
