Rap superstar Kanye West showed his vulnerable side on stage in Connecticut when he told fans about his biggest regret. Kim Kardashian's fiancé said he wished more than anything that his late mother could have met the couple's little girl North.
"These past ten years have been amazing," the 36-year-old singer admitted. "There's been some ups and downs. I made some mistakes and I've made some accomplishments. "There's only one thing I regret. There’s only one thing I wish I could change out of everything that's ever happened. I wish that my mother could've met my daughter. "Kanye's mum Donda passed away in 2007 after she suffered complications from a plastic surgery procedure. Kanye spoke last year on Kris Jenner's talk show about how he struggled with his mother's death."' There were times I would put my life at risk. I didn't have something to live for," he said. "Now I have two very special people to live for, a whole family to live for, a whole world to live for."
Kanye is due to wed Kim in Paris in May, after moving the date of their wedding forward from July. Their cute daughter is set to have a starring role in the couple's big day. The artist now has some extra time to plan the couple's big day after wrapping up his Yeezus tour on Sunday night in New York. Kanye, who hired the AT&T Park stadium in San Francisco to propose to his girlfriend, is taking a hands-on approach to the nuptials. Kim is apparently not too keen on having a big wedding but is "going along with it" to keep her man happy. And it seems he has a big production in mind. When talking about plans for their wedding, Kanye has two words: "Fighter jets".
