George Clooney has whisked his new British girlfriend to Tanzania for a safari trip.
First spotted dining with lawyer Amal Alamuddin in October last year, the pair have begun to attend more events together, including a special screening of George's latest film The Monuments Men in the White House.

Seen with his arm around Amal, the couple were both sporting safari-friendly clothes in neutral colours, and George had his camera around his body like a true tourist.
This is their first trip away together and a source revealed to People magazine that Amal is someone who he connects with.
"He's with someone who is a very accomplished attorney. She isn't someone who is pursuing a career in acting or entertainment," the source said. "She's on his level."
Back in December Oscar winner George revealed he had not yet met the love of his life. The 52-year-old actor, director and producer was speaking to Tracey Emin for W Magazine, and spoke of missing his usual life filled with those he loves when away for work.

"I get desperately, depressingly homesick if I can't find a way to be near the people that bring joy wherever they go", said George. "Home is humour... And love and responsibility… And I get homesick when the people who know that best and I can't find time to be together."
George was most recently seen in the Oscar-winning blockbuster Gravity with Sandra Bullock.
George's most recent ex, former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler, announced her marriage and engagement earlier this week.
