Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are reportedly selling their Los Angeles mega mansion for £30million, meaning they could make a profit of £23million.The Brazilian supermodel and the NFL quarterback are said to be leaving the county for good and heading eastside to settle down in Massachusetts.Gisele and Tom spent nearly five years and £24million building their California home, and less than a year after its completion, the superstar couple have put the property on the market.

The incredible estate — located in the affluent and celeb-friendly neighbourhood of Brentwood — spans four acres and includes a 14,000 square-foot main house, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, a waterfall and pond and a koi-filled moat.
Gisele named highest-earning model for seventh year in a row
The house itself holds six bedrooms, a library, a gourmet kitchen and a state-of-the-art gym. The two wings of the home are connected by a bridge, and the European-style estate also boasts a six-car garage.Gisele, 33, and Tom, 36, bought the plot of land in 2008 for a reported £7million and decided to build their "sanctuary" from scratch. When it was completed last year, it was featured in Architectural Digest.
"Gisele and I have eight sisters between us, and there are lots of kids," Tom told the publication. "We built this house as a sanctuary for our family — a place where we can enjoy being together. It was important for us to plant roots for our family, and since we both enjoy the creative process, we decided to start from scratch."

Real estate agent Eric Tan explained the markup on the property. "Gisele and Tom spent a lot of time making sure that every inch of this home was made of the utmost quality," Eric told E! News.
"Almost everything was custom designed, from the gym to the library to the pool lined with hand-poured glass tile," he added. "This home was really built for the likes of royalty, with walls made of three types of Texas limestone, an oak-panelled library, and a pool lined with hand-poured glass tile."
