Peaches Geldof will be laid to rest on Easter Monday, two weeks after the young star was found dead at home.

The private memorial will be held at the St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence Church in Davington, near Faversham, the same church where the 25-year-old was married to Thomas Cohen two years ago.

It is also the final resting place of her mother Paula Yates.

Her father Sir Bob Geldof has been seen in the area over the last few days, reportedly planning the service which will take place between 11am and 1pm, but it is not yet known if there will be a burial or cremation.

Peaches’ final resting place is surrounded by quiet and secluded woodland, and it is thought that her entire family including her two young sons, will be there to say their final goodbyes.

Peaches tragically passed away on 7 April and the cause of her death is not yet officially known, however the ambulance services have described it as "sudden death".

Speaking after her death, her father Sir Bob said: "Peaches has died. We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us.

"What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?"Her spouse Thomas, the father of her two boys, Astala and Phaedra, said: "My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons. I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts everyday. We shall love her forever."

Marvelling at her luck of being a mother, Peaches once said: "I honestly never thought anything in my life would ever be good. I'm obsessed with getting it right. I want to be a good wife, a good mother and a good person."
