Paul Walker’s girlfriend is in grief counselling as she in unable to cope following his death in 2013. Her father revealed that his 23-year-old daughter, Jasmine Pilchard Gosnell, is in therapy as she cannot imagine life without the actor who died in a car crash five months ago. "I have her in grief counselling," said her father Casey Gosnell.

"You have to understand that she is still terribly wounded by Paul’s death and will be for a long time," he explained while confirming that he is providing an escape for Jasmine at his home in California, 120 miles north of Los Angeles. Jasmine has never spoken publicly of the death of Paul, but in a recent Facebook post she said: "I walk the streets of one." In an earlier post she said: "Every day, in some small way, memories of you come our way. Though absent, you are ever near, still missed, still I will always love you. Rest in Peace. Love…."Speaking to the Daily Mail, Casey said: "Maybe one day she’ll be ready to talk about Paul but she’s not there yet," before adding, "She’s trying to deal with her loss - it’s been very hard for her. But she has her family and we’re trying to help and support her as much as we can." The 40-year-old Fast and Furious actor died in December as he was travelling as a passenger in his friend's Porsche. The sports car collided into a lamp post in Valencia, north of Los Angeles. Witnesses described the car as being engulfed in flames. They both died on the scene.
Paul Walker and daughter Meadow
Jasmine met Paul at the age of 16 but their 17-year age gap was never a barrier to their relationship. The pair lived together in Los Angeles, where Jasmine was the step-mum to Paul’s 15-year-old daughter Meadow, who on Sunday shared a touching photograph of herself with the late star as she joined the world of social media. The 15-year-old decided to open accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter — and her profile picture for each is a sentimental back-and-white shot of her with her father.
