Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were surrounded by their nearest and dearest at their Florence wedding on Saturday, but there was one notable absentee from the nuptials — Kim's younger brother Rob Kardashian. The 27-year-old sock designer surprised celebrity followers when he was seen arriving in Los Angeles at around the same time that Kim and Kanye were saying their vows at the Forte di Belvedere in Italy. Talking on the phone and ignoring the scores of paparazzi around him, Rob was pictured getting into his chauffeured car at the LA airport. The reality TV star had been in Paris, France with the rest of his family who had been attending Kim and Kanye's pre-wedding celebrations in the City of Light.

The website added that the row broke out when Kim asked her family members to wear Valentino couture for a pre-wedding lunch at the Italian designer's house. Rob is said to have been unable to fit into any of the clothes because of his recent weight gain, which led Kim to criticise him for making "no effort to drop any weight over the past months".
"Rob basically equated that to Kim caring about him only for his appearance and he said he'd 'make life easier' for her and just leave," an insider told the website. "Rob booked his flight for Saturday morning and skipped the lunch at Valentino's.

"He just doesn't seem to feel comfortable or happy around his family at all. They're all wrapped up in the same pretty world and he just doesn't fit in."

"First, I don't believe in rehab or therapy or anything of that sort and second, I'm a grown man and will work on myself when I choose," he tweeted.
Rob was not the only family member to miss Kim's celebrity wedding of the year, as the bride's step-brother Brody Jenner was also notably absent. The Hills star had decided not to attend because his girlfriend of seven-months Kaitlynn Carter was not invited, US Weekly reported.
