Uma Thurman and Quentin Tarantino confirmed romance rumours on Tuesday night when the pair were pictured clinched in a passionate embrace after enjoying an intimate dinner for two.The duo, who have shared a 20-year friendship and worked together on-screen including in Tarantino's 1994 cult movie Pulp Fiction, kept a low profile as they arrived at Mr Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills in separate cars and minutes apart.

Uma, 44, opted for a casual white dress and cardigan for the relaxed date, with little or no make-up and a side-bun. Quentin, meanwhile, wore a blue check shirt and jeans. The famed director is said to have embarked on a new romance with Uma one month after her split from fiancé Arpad 'Arki' Busson.

"They had a thing and got together again recently," an insider told US Weekly. "He's loved her for years. "Certainly the couple seemed very cosy at Cannes Film Festival earlier this month. It has even been suggested that they shared a villa together in the south of France for the duration of the film festival.

Quentin, 51, and Uma attended a number of red carpet events together at the festival, including the closing ceremony. The willowy blonde, dressed a custom-made Marchesa gown, walked arm-in-arm with the director, and seemed very affectionate towards him as they posed for the cameras side by side.
