Do you want to live like a rock star? Now's your chance: Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger has listed his Abbotsford, B.C. mansion for $8,980,000.

The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home is truly lavish, boasting an indoor hockey rink (so Canadian!), a recording studio, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool with a waterfall and a barn to keep horses.

Guests can stay in a  separate guesthouse and park their cars in the covered parking (for those wintery months), which can shelter up to 10 vehicles.

Chad built the house from scratch in 1990 with his then common-law wife, Canadian Marianne Goriuk, to whom he pays $25,000 a month in spousal support.

The rocker sold the house last year, and its current owner, who spent $1 million on renovations, has now put it back on the market.

Chad and Marianne split after nearly seven years together in September 2009, just one month before Chad's current wife, Avril Lavigne, filed for divorce from Deryck Whibley.

Canada's king and queen of rock 'n' roll now live together in Los Angeles, where the pair are said to have celebrated their first wedding anniversary on July 1.
