Pamela Anderson has put pen to paper days after filing for divorce from husband Rick Salomon, for the second time. The 47-year-old actress posted a lengthy poem, approximately 1,200 words, on her Facebook page that includes pointed statements about love, Playboy, marriage, smoking laws and prostitution.Though she doesn't explicitly mention her estranged husband, many of Pamela's musings do seem linked to her current situation.
"I love being in love – but expectations, make it impossible to be happy – or satisfied," she writes. Other excerpts include, "I've tried… so hard… maybe it's not in fashion… not modern. "…Never marry a rich man… Euros from a vagabond."…No man knows what to do with me – I blame myself – To play with me is eternal – I’m not 'on the clock' or 'on the payroll' – rrrr."
She later writes, "Is it healthy to be fantasised about by many men? – Isn't that the goal – How many we can effect – It's natural – to want to be desired – The world creeps up on you – and there you are, ALL over the place…"…ME – I miss PLAYBOY – The end of an Era – Chivalry, elegance, celebrated imperfections…"This week it was announced that Pamela had filed for divorce from Rick six months after they tied the knot.In papers filed by her lawyers, the actress cited "irreconcilable differences".Pamela and Rick first tied the knot in Las Vegas in October 2007 but were only together for a couple of months before splitting up. They married again in January, with Pamela saying at the time, "We're very happy. Our families are very happy and that's all that matters."
