Melanie Griffith is "happy" despite her recent separation from Antonio Banderas.The 56-year-old actress is a working mother-of-three and although she’s had success on both film and TV, she confessed she isn’t making Hollywood her focus. Right now she is more concerned about the full picture, including her personal life.

"It's not about my career now. It's just about finding great work and having a good time. My kids are almost grown," she told IndieWire. "I'm getting divorced. I'm just happy. I'm really joyful. Life is good."In the same interview she admitted daughter Dakota Johnson has barred from watching her forthcoming racy film 50 Shades of Grey. The actress plays the leading lady Anastasia Steele in the book-adapted flick out Valentine’s Day 2015, and her mother admitted she will not be able to attend a special screening because of her coy daughter. "[Dakota] was like, ‘You guys cannot come. There's no way.’ So we're not going," Melanie revealed.

Melanie was referring to her ex-husband Don Johnson, who is Dakota dad, when she explained who else was banned from watching the scenes also starring Jamie Dornan. However the blonde star confessed to sneaking a peek at the action on set at one point.
"I did go visit for a couple of days when they were shooting just normal stuff. I did see the Room of Pain— I did go in there and check it out," Melanie admitted.
The feature adaptation of the bestselling novel by E L James, which originated as Twilight fanfiction. British director Sam Taylor-Wood is at the helm of the movie, which was pushed back to 2015 following the departure of Sons of Anarchy actor Charlie Hunnam, who dropped out of the lead role.
