Denise Van Outen stepped out last month for the first time with new beau, Eddie Boxshall, but recently admitted that she's not ready to yet settle down.
Denise, who last year split from her husband Lee Mead, revealed that she is not looking for anything serious.
"I don't want anything serious. My diary is nuts ... It's typical. I've spent all these years wanting to settle down", she admitted to The Times 2 magazine.
The 40-year-old, who is currently on her one-woman show titled Some Girl I Used To Know, also revealed that she is focusing on raising her four-year-old daughter Betsey.
She added: "I would have loved to have had more children and the longer you leave it, the less time you have to have a bigger family.
Her admission comes a couple of months after speaking exclusively to HELLO! where she confessed: "My 40th is all about dating again.
"I've had a few offers and I've had all my friends trying to set me up but it's only now that I feel ready.
I'm excited and looking forward to having a bit of fun."
And she adds that relations between her and West End star Lee are very good. "People keep asking me if 40 signifies a new beginning or a fresh start but I don't feel like I've had a terrible time," she says.
"I'm one of the few people who has gone through a break-up and it's remained amicable. We've got a good balance. We split the childcare and everything is genuinely good between us."
Denise also spoke to HELLO! Online earlier this year at Goodwood Festival of Speed, where she talked about her future career plans - revealing that she is making plans for a new show with her fellow Strictly Come Dancing contestants Kimberley Walsh and Kara Tointon.
“We are working on a show together..." the multi-talented star shared. She also saw in her big 4-0 with Kimberley and Kara, teaming up with them as part of her several celebrations.
"I need to just accept that I'm forty now and that's it," she joked.
"On my actual birthday I went to the Grove with just a small group of friends, played golf, had spa treatments and my daughter was there so that was like my day to just relax," she told us.
