Olympic champion swimmer Rebecca Adlington and her new husband Harry Needs have shared their wedding photographs exclusively with Hello! magazine.As the beautiful bride married the love of her life in a dress by Stewart Parvin, she said the big day was just perfect.
“The ceremony was so personal, which was exactly what we wanted,” revealed Rebecca of their big day on 31 August which took place at an idyllic rural wedding venue The Ashes set amid 50 acres of Staffordshire countryside. Of the ceremony for which they wrote their own vows, she said: “I love the fact Harry was in bits before I even reached him. I was a bit nervous in the car on the way here with my dad, but as soon as I walked in, my nerves melted and I relaxed. The room was just so full of love.” Posing in her stunning gown for photographs with her family and friends, Rebecca’s svelte figure was shown to perfection. “I lost nearly two stone in the jungle
[on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here’] and perhaps another four or five pounds since then,” she said. “So it was a great kick start, and I feel better for it, but I don’t like it when people assume you’re really happy because you’re thin.”
Of her confidence and happiness in her life today, she told HELLO! “I’m not suddenly confident because I have lost weight, I’m happy because I’m marrying the love of my life.” "I compliment her every single day, because to me she is the most beautiful woman in the world," added Harry.
