Thomas Cohen has rarely been seen in public since the death of his wife Peaches Geldof, as he takes care of the couple's two small sons, Astala and Phaedra.But the musician took some time out of parenting this week to enjoy downtime with one of his late wife's sisters Pixie Geldof.The pair, who were seen relaxing outside an east London pub on Thursday, were joined by friend and Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw. Pixie's beloved dog was also in tow for the relaxed afternoon.

Thomas, 24, was casual in a pair of denim dungarees and matching denim shirt while Pixie, also 24, wore a hot-pink top and denim skirt. The duo have been enjoying each other's company since their mutual loss – Peaches sadly died in April. They recently attended London Fashion Week together, sitting front row at the Ashley Williams Spring/Summer 2015 show.They also both attended Nick's 30th birthday party in London's Shoreditch House in August. Daisy Lowe and Alexa Chung were also at the bash.

Apart from the occasional outing, Thomas is largely concentrating on bringing up his and Peaches' two sons as he comes to terms with his loss.Back in July, Thomas's father-in-law Bob Geldoff spoke of how well the boys were doing despite their mother's premature passing.He said on ITV's Lorraine Live: "They're so small the little chaps and I'm not sure that they'll have this craving to remember their mum and I think that's healthy. "Following Peaches' death, reports suggested that Thomas also intended intended to fulfil his late wife's dream by opening a vintage clothes shop in London.
