Kris Jenner is set to keep the family home in LA as part of her divorce settlement from Bruce Jenner.
Former Olympian Bruce has signed over his share of the property, which the couple purchased in 2010 for $4million, TMZ reports.
It means that Kardashian matriarch Kris can keep living in the six bedroom, eight bathroom mansion, following the end of her 23 year marriage.
Bruce will continue to reside in his Malibu beach pad. News of the settlement details comes amid reports that the former couple have both moved on following their split.Bruce is said to be dating Kris' friend and former personal assistant, Ronda Kamihira.
Kris, meanwhile, has been linked to Corey Gamble, a road manager who works with Justin Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun.
The pair were spotted together at Kim Kardashian's 34th birthday celebrations in Las Vegas, and were seen on a cosy dinner date earlier in the week in California. "He seems very nice," a source close to Kris told People.
"He's easy to be around. But honestly, they weren't overly affectionate or anything. "Since Bruce is out (with Ronda), she's trying to just have fun and hang with friends. But I wouldn't exactly call this dating yet. "Kris is yet to comment on the reports, but blogger Sandra Rose has posted comments from Corey about the romance.
"I don't know how anyone had those pics (from the restaurant) because no-one was seated across from us," he wrote. "That worries me and I'm hoping it's not a setup from Kris because I do really like her.
"Corey, who is in his early 40s, also said he loves dating older women, but has never dated anyone older than 52 – Kris is 58."
I would like to see this relationship take its course on a deeper level," he told the blogger. "I do like her a lot but I also see that, like stated earlier, she has feelings for Bruce, so that worries me. "I also want to make sure I'm not just a ploy for ratings because you never know."
