Kim Kardashian received the "sweetest" gift from her baby daughter North West on her 34th birthday last week. Baby North, who Kim affectionately calls "Nori", had a little help from her rapper dad Kanye West in preparing a joint surprise present for the reality TV star. "Kanye got me this purse and it was really pretty painted," Kim told E! News.

"My computer was open next to the gift and I was trying to figure out why it was there," she said. "And I press play and it was a video of [North] actually painting it. She spent hours getting paint all over herself and painting this purse and he captured it all." Kim, who has made no secret of her desire to have a second baby, added that the gift was "so so sweet".

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was perhaps presented with the best surprise last year – a proposal from Kanye on her 33rd birthday – but the Yeezus singer managed to blow Kim away again this time around.
Kanye, 37, flew his wife to Hawaii for a romantic getaway, and while it looks like the couple only stayed for a "daycation", the lovebirds seemed to have made the most of it by setting off before sunrise. "Good morning #BdaySurpriseGettaway," Kim wrote alongside an Instagram photo of the idyllic sea landscape.

The fashion designer continued the celebrations with a party in nightclub Tao in The Venetian hotel in Las Vegas. In keeping with tradition, Kim danced the night away with her family and closest friends, posing up a storm in Sin City. She and Kanye then touched down in San Francisco for a "date night" on Sunday, where they watched a World Series baseball game at the AT&T stadium – the venue where Kanye popped the question just over a year ago.
