Rochelle Humes and her husband Marvin have seamlessly transformed from pop stars to top TV presenters. And while they have great natural chemistry on screen together, it's a miracle they haven't fallen out yet, according to Rochelle. In an interview with the Mirror, the Saturdays star admitted she often says things to embarrass her husband while they are co-presenting This Morning together.
"If something's on my mind, I'll say it," she said. "Sometimes I think, 'I'll better not embarrass him with this'. But then I'll just end up saying it anyway." Rochelle, 25, added, "We always say that no matter what happens we leave it there, in the studio. We haven't had a row yet , but there's a first for everything." Husband and wife, who have been married since 2012, have proved to be a big hit with audiences during their regular appearances presenting This Morning. Rochelle's tendency to overshare was apparent during her first day on the job when she joked about Marvin's love of low V-neck tops.
"There's one thing that I have changed about Marvin," she said. "My pet hate when we got together… I love what he wears, I think he always dresses smart, but he had this thing of having a bigger cleavage than me." She has also revealed how he fluffed his marriage proposal, with the promise to make her the "happiest man in the world". In the unlikely event they do have a fall-out, Rochelle is in no doubt who will come out on top. "I always win – that's never my issue," she said. "I always have the last word. Happy wife, happy life!"
