Mario Testino has given fans a glimpse behind-the-scenes of his photoshoot with Angelina Jolie, sharing stunning images of the actress-turned-director as he photographed her the December issue of Vanity Fair.
The legendary snapper posted two snaps on Instagram, writing alongside the latest one: "SHOOTING ANGELINA JOLIE FOR @VANITYFAIR, DECEMBER ISSUE."
The artistic shot, taken in the reflection of a window, shows the 39-year-old looking sideways and smouldering as she is being photographed.

The actress, who wed her longterm partner Brad Pitt in a private ceremony in their chateau in the summer, is dressed in a white gown with silver trim for the shoot, with her brunette locks swept back into in an up'do. The pair appear to be in a luxurious hotel suite, and a glistening swimming pool can be seen outside the window.Another, more intimate photograph of the Maleficent star, was taken by Mario as the duo enjoyed breakfast together on a rooftop.
The stunning black-and-white image captured Angelina smiling earnestly with her elbow resting on the table. She is wrapped up warm in an elegant black knitted jumper and looks naturally gorgeous, with her tresses swept back casually. "With the amazing Angelina," Mario captioned the photo. "She always surprises me with what she is doing. Acting, directing, raising children, being a wife etc. etc! And always looking great and giving great energy." Images from the shoot were unveiled last week. An inside photo shows Angelina clad in a white figure-hugging gown, and is taken from behind as Angelina looks over her shoulder.
