The picture shows Britney smiling broadly as she stands alongside Charlie, their heads touching as they pose together in front of a mountain backdrop.
The star captioned the image simply, "This guy…" Britney shared the first photo of herself and Charlie on Saturday, days after the day were first romantically linked. She let the image speak for itself, captioning the selfie with a single heart. Producer and writer Charlie shared the same photo, writing, "#happiness". Britney's fans are clearly delighted by her new romance, and have been showing their support by 'liking' and retweeting the images.
The mum-of-two split from her boyfriend of 17 months David Lucado in August, following reports he had been unfaithful. Britney revealed the end of their relationship on Twitter, writing, "Ahhhh the single life" – and the break-up was soon confirmed by her spokesperson. Now, she seems to have found happiness with Charlie. "They met through friends," an insider told E! News. "He is the sweetest guy ever and they are very much enjoying getting to know one another. "They are both very happy and having fun. It's just the beginning so no idea if it will become serious, but right now they are having a lot of fun together."
