She may be an Oscar winning actress, film director and philanthropist, but Angelina Jolie has revealed that she is a hopeless cook. However the mother-of-six is in luck as her 11-year-old son Pax "loves to cook" for the family. Angelina recently revealed the family's Christmas dinner plans to People magazine, and said: "I will not be cooking – to the benefit of everyone". Pax will apparently be on hand to prepare the family's feast, as he helped Angelina's husband Brad Pitt to prepare a turkey for their Thanksgiving celebrations in November.

The actress also revealed that her second oldest son baked the cake that guests enjoyed at her wedding reception in August.
When asked whether her children would prefer her or Brad's cooking, she claimed they would say, "Daddy makes better pancakes than mommy." Angelina is currently recovering from a bout of chicken pox which forced her to miss the Hollywood premiere of her film Unbroken on Monday. But the star's family showed their support as Brad attended in her place, along with children Maddox, Pax and Shiloh, plus his parents Bill and Jane Pitt.

Angelina, who directed the movie, released a video statement expressing her disappointment at missing the premiere. "I just wanted to be clear and honest about why I will be missing the Unbroken events in the next few days, which is that I found out last night that I have chicken pox" she said. "I will be at home itching and missing everyone. I can't believe it because this film means so much to me. I can't believe it. But such is life, there it is."
