David Walliams has poked fun at himself following the release of his wife Lara Stone's latest modelling campaign with Calvin Klein– which sees her posing topless with Justin Bieber. The 43-year-old comedian sent himself up by tweeting a picture of the steamy ad campaign with the caption: "Why has someone photoshopped @justinbieber's head onto what is clearly my body?"
A fan called Tracie then came to David's aid, tweeting him a version of the picture with his head photoshopped onto 19-year-old Justin's body.
"@davidwalliams how about this version?" Tracie captioned the picture, which was promptly retweeted by the former Little Britain star and his 31-year-old Dutch wife.
The amusing image has since been favourited 1100 times and retweeted by over 700 people.
Lara and Justin's campaign caused a stir when it was released on Tuesday night.
In the pictures, Canadian heartthrob Justin can be seen showing off his extensive tattoo collection as he goes topless to model the brand's new underwear range.

Clearly thrilled by his collaboration with the American fashion house, Justin spoke about how the campaign came about.
"I've been wearing Calvin Klein underwear for years in hopes of getting to model for the brand one day," he told WWD. "It's always been a dream."
Last Spring, I posted a picture on Instagram in my underwear, using the #mycalvins tag. Thankfully the brand saw it and liked the reaction it was getting, and a relationship started from there."
