Eddie Redmayne might be the hottest star in Hollywood right now, but his family are still looking out for him. The Golden Globe winner has revealed that new wife Hannah Bagshawe warned him he was looking too thin when he attended the LA premiere of The Theory Of Everything in October. In a new article for Interview magazine, Eddie was asked about his home life by actress Jennifer Lawrence.
"My wife saw some photos of me at the LA premiere, and she's like, 'Ed, you're looking underweight'," he revealed.
"I said, 'Baby, I've got loads of sushi and juices.' And she's like, 'That's not what I'm talking about! I'm talking a … gigantic bowl of spaghetti bolognaise and a burger.'"Eddie and Hannah were married in a romantic candlelit ceremony in December, but he has since spent most of his time away promoting the Stephen Hawking biopic; at the Golden Globes on Sunday he apologised to his wife for cutting their honeymoon short.
During the interview, Eddie also spoke about how he would unwind after a long day filming. "I come home from trying to pretend to know about astronomy and physics all day and turn on (reality show franchise) The Real Housewives," he admitted, much to Jennifer's delight. "Oh my god… I feel like I'm going to cry," she replied. "I've been a closet love of faux-reality TV since The Hills. It's bad!"
