Lucy Mecklenburgh has been sharing photos of herself with her boyfriend Louis Smith to no end, and a month into their relationship, the former TOWIE star has finally spoken about their blossoming romance. Making an appearance on ITV's Lorraine, Lucy opened up about her "really lovely" man. She met her Olympic gymnast boyfriend while competing on Tumble, on which Louis was a judge. "Nothing happened between us on the show," laughed Lucy. "But I regret that – maybe I would have got higher scores!"

When asked about whether she had babies on the brain, the 23-year-old declared: "Woah, not just yet!" Lucy, who was promoting her new fitness book, also said that she had no regrets about leaving the Essex-based reality TV show TOWIE that made her famous. "I left over a year ago now and don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved TOWIE and I do miss it but I'm really into doing my fitness business now," she said. "I do miss it, it was great fun and I love watching it. It's Lydia Bright's birthday next week and we're all going out. I keep in touch with them all."

Lucy, who trains intensely at least four times a week, also admitted that at one point she got "too skinny" but that she is now focusing on maintaining a healthy weight. "It's scary for young girls because there are so many crash diets out there," she said. "Eat the right foods and be active, it's really, really important."

Lucy and Louis first sparked rumours that they were an item when they were spotted enjoying a string of dates after Tumble ended. The brunette beauty went public with their romance earlier this month, by referring to Louis as her "boyfriend" on Instagram. "Only just starting to feel normal again!! My boyfriend knows how to throw a good party!! #NYE# Hawaiian #party #limbo @louissmith1989," Lucy captioned a photo collage of the cute couple kissing alongside more group photos. The fashion designer was previously in a long-term relationship with her TOWIE co-star Mario Falcone.
