Nick Gordon denied reports he is taking legal action to see Bobbi Kristina Brown

"He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon. "Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this matter can be resolved privately by Mr Gordon and the family." Bobbi Kristina's family, including her father Bobby Brown and grandmother Cissy Houston, have been by her bedside since she was found unconscious in a bath on 31 January. It's believed that Nick has not visited Bobbi Kristina since she was transferred to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta on 2 February, amid increasing reports of tension between Nick and the rest of the family. This week, the Roswell Police Department confirmed that they are conducting a criminal investigation into the night Bobbi Kristina was found.

Bobbi Kristina's aunt Leolah Brown has said the 21-year-old is "doing better"

On Wednesday, her paternal aunt, Leolah Brown, said Bobbi Kristina is "doing better" after nearly two weeks in hospital, and said she has been "opening her eyes". "I was very numb when I saw her," she told Atlanta's Fox 5 TV station. "It's been very, very painful for everybody. Mainly Bobby, because that's his baby." Leolah – Bobby's sister – said the family were "hopeful" that Bobbi Kristina would recover. "There are so many signs showing us that she will be okay, in spite of what people are saying over the internet," she remarked. "Krissi is fine, as I sit here today." She confirmed that the 21-year-old remains on life support, but added, "She's opening her eyes, and there's a few more things that she's doing, but Krissi is doing well right now. She is."
