David Beckham shared an incredible selfie with fans this week, that shows him posing with famous friends Tom Cruise and Guy Ritchie - but it's not just the A-list line-up that makes the picture remarkable, so too does the location. It transpires that the trio scaled one of London's well-known landmarks, Wellington Arch, to capture the photo. Unfazed by the height of the iconic building, David, Tom and Guy casually posed with their arms round each other for the picture, as David captured the moment.

The friends had spent the evening at a party inside the iconic building to celebrate 39-year-old David's recently-launched whisky brand, Haig Club. "Here's a pic of me with my dear friends Guy Ritchie and Tom Cruise from my Haig Club dinner this past Sunday. #HaigClubLondon," David wrote alongside the selfie, shared on his official Facebook page. British film-maker Guy, 49, recently directed David in an advert for the luxury whisky. They were joined by Hollywood actor Tom, 52, who is currently in the capital filming his latest movie, Mission Impossible 5.

Also at the party was David's proud wife Victoria. The former footballer couldn't have been happier to have the mum-of-four by his side, and shared a sweet tribute to her alongside a photograph of the happy couple. "Great to have my beautiful wife in attendance at my Haig Club dinner," he told his 52million followers. Haig Club London is a week-long residency at the Wellington Arch. For the event, the London landmark has been transformed to resemble the British private clubs featured in the original Haig Whisky 'clubman series' of adverts in the 1920s. Other VIP guests at the pop-up bar included Luther star Idris Elba, Elton John's husband David Furnish, and Tana Ramsay, wife of chef Gordon and a close friend of Victoria's.
