Zayn Malik has declared his love for fiancée Perrie Edwards after pictures emerged this week showing the One Direction star holding hands with a young blonde. The heart-throb, who is currently on tour with the band, was pictured with the young woman, identified by Hollywood Life as Lauren Rich, in Phuket, Thailand.

Soon after the pictures started circulating the web, Zayn broke his silence to declare his love for his girlfriend of more than three years.
"I'm 22 years old... I love a girl named Perrie Edwards," he wrote on his Twitter. He then ended his short tweet apologising for his actions: "I'm sorry for what it looks like x"
Zayn and Perrie, who both found fame on The X Factor, started dating in 2011 and got engaged in August 2013. But don't expect to hear wedding bells any time soon — the chart-topping stars recently revealed they are understandably struggling to find the time to plan their big day.

"I haven't really thought about getting married yet," Zayn, 22, admitted when asked about his upcoming nuptials to Little Mix's Perrie during an interview on BBC Breakfast. "We're just kind of engaged."
He added, "We haven't really thought about the wedding side of things or how we're gonna do that. We haven't really had any time to sit down and organise that."
Zayn was appearing on the show with his 1D bandmates, and was asked if he was going to ask all of them to be his best men.
"I think it will be quite hard to pick just one," he said, before Louis Tomlinson quipped, "It's a bit awkward then, isn't it? As long as we're invited!"
