It was a major landmark moment in her already stellar fashion career, and there was no one prouder of Victoria Beckham than her devoted husband David Beckham. Following the launch of Victoria's fashion collection in Barneys on Tuesday, the couple celebrated by hosting a star-studded dinner – and the following morning, Victoria posted a photograph of herself cuddled up to her handsome husband, taken inside the star-studded soiree.
Victoria, 40, shared a snapshot of herself and David at the celebration, which was held at Freds in LA on Tuesday evening. Looking flawless in one of her own creations – a white long-sleeved sheath – the fashion designer can be seen with her arms wrapped around David, who looks dapper in a fitted blue suit. "Thank u to everyone who came to dinner with David and I at @Barneysnyoffical last night," she captioned the sweet snapshot of the loved-up couple.Victoria was supported by many of her close friends at the dinner celebration, including a number of fellow Brits; Burberry's Christopher Bailey, Kate Beckinsale and LA's newest arrivals, James Corden and his wife Julia Carey. Other invitees included Gwyneth Paltrow, Eva Longoria and Rachel Zoe.
Once her guests had found their seats at the long tables, which were arranged on the terrace outside and adorned with white linens and blooms, the mum-of-four raised a glass thanking her guests for their support. The party then dined on halibut with fresh local corn, heirloom tomatoes and truffle fries, Vogue reports.The unveiling of her collection at Barneys is particularly poignant for Victoria, who experienced one of her first VIP moments at the department store when she came to LA with the Spice Girls. "One of the first trips that Virgin Records ever took us on was to Los Angeles and it was just five girls, we had never been here; they gave us money, a styling budget, and they sent us out to Barneys to go shopping," she has said.
