Meadow Walker reflected on happier times with her dad Paul Walker on Monday night. The 16-year-old shared a childhood photo to Instagram which showed her smiling sweetly alongside her late father.
The teenager didn't caption the photo, but it soon received over 56,000 likes from Paul's fans who have shown their support to Meadow following her father's shocking death in 2013.
Meadow often shares old photos of herself and Paul together, but the latest coincided with the news that Fast and Furious 7 – the final film he ever worked on – has become the quickest film to ever make $1billion at the box office globally. The action-packed movie is also now the seventh biggest film of all time.
Paul, who was 40 at the time of his tragic death, had also starred in the franchise since its inception in 2001. His friends and co-stars were quick to rally around Meadow following his death, and the young teen shared another snap of the cast as they posed together at the film's premiere.
The picture showed Meadow sat at a table with Paul's co-stars Vin Diesel and Elsa Pataky, with the group all taking a selfie together.
Another of Paul's co-stars, Tyrese Gibson, recently revealed that the teenager is "in a great space".
"She's really focused on her education and just spending a lot of quality time with her friends. That brings her a lot of joy," he revealed.
The actor also opened up about how the cast of the Fast and Furious franchise have coped with the loss of Paul, admitting that it's "so hard" to promote the film without him.
"He was truly an angel," he told People. "We were inspired to pick up the pieces and keep moving because it became 'Let us do this on his behalf.' It's really hard to do red carpets and have so many people walking up to you screaming… I'm just thinking to myself, 'It's not about me. It is so all about Paul.'"
