Mark Wright is on a serious health kick in preparation for his upcoming nuptials to Michelle Keegan. The former The Only Way Is Essex star revealed that he has lost two stone over the few months due to a gruelling diet and fitness regime.
"I've lost a lot of body fat," Mark told The Mirror. "I get up early to run a few miles every morning, on an empty stomach. If you haven't eaten any breakfast you don't feel sick.
"Then in the afternoon I do weights training."

The 28-year-old has combined his exercise regime with a strict carbohydrate-free diet leading to the dramatic two stone weight loss.
"I eat tons of protein, but no carbs. No carbohydrates at all."
The TV presenter recently showed off the hard-earned results of his training by posting a topless photo on Instagram, writing: "Shooting for something exciting today!!"
Mark lost 1 stone 5lb during his stint on Strictly Come Dancing, and both he and Michelle have been working hard to stay in shape in the lead-up to their wedding.

"I work out to de-stress," Michelle previously told HELLO! Online. "I feel amazing when I come out of the gym. If I've got a busy week, I'll go to the gym maybe once or twice maximum. If I have a free week, maybe three to four times."
However the couple do allow themselves cheat days, and will no doubt be taking a break from their diets for their hen and stag parties.
Mark had the first of three stag dos at Faces nightclub in Essex at the weekend, and will be heading to Las Vegas with 30 friends for another celebration in May.
"I haven't really been embarrassed or anything yet," Mark revealed. "They haven't done anything like that. All the people from Essex and Manchester got together and got on fine."
