Chris Eubank shared some happy news this week – he has wed for the second time. The former boxer tied the knot with his manager Claire Geary in Las Vegas in October.

Speaking on The Clare Balding Show, Chris revealed that the wedding happened on the spur of the moment during their holiday. The couple wanted to wed before Claire returned to her home in Dubai.

"I thought we should do it in Vegas, I had been travelling back and forth to Dubai," Chris revealed. "I thought, well, it can be done here in Vegas. So I went downstairs pretending I was going to Starbucks.

"I actually found out we could get a licence. So we literally had the honeymoon for the first eight days."

Chris' eldest son, middleweight boxer Chris Eubank Junior, reportedly acted as best man for the couple's big day. Claire and Chris co-manage the 25-year-old's boxing career together.

Speaking from the audience on The Clare Balding Show, Claire described life with her new husband as "inspiring".

"Life with Chris is inspiring, motivating, he keeps me in check. He wears the jodphurs. It is amazing. It was the last day of the holiday that we got married," Claire said. "I was there for nine days and I was due to leave. It was unplanned and unexpected."

The manager also told The Mirror that she is documenting the details of their "love story".

"We've been married for just over six months and we’ve kept it relatively quiet. It is a love story. I'm writing it all down, just documenting it."

Chris was previously married to wife Karron for 15 years until their divorce in 2005. The couple have four children together. Four years later the boxer was declared bankrupt after it emerged he owed £1.3million in taxes.
