Nick Cannon may have called time on his marriage with Mariah Carey, but he still sees her as a "Queen". The 34-year-old showed their split remains amicable by promoting Mariah's new album on Instagram on Wednesday.

Sharing an image of the album cover with his 730,000 followers, Nick wrote: "#1ToInfinity album in stores May 6th. #TheQueen #NoHate #HardestWorkingWomanIKnow".

It is not the first time Nick has promoted his former wife's new album. The presenter shared the album cover two weeks ago, using the hashtag "Family First" to caption the image.

Around the same time Nick hinted that he wouldn't rule out a reconciliation with his wife of six years. When asked if there was a chance if he and Mariah could be getting back together, he told TMZ: "Um, yeah, you can never say never."

However insiders reportedly told TMZ that Mariah is not interested in getting back with her ex and is happy to stay single ahead of her upcoming Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace.

Despite their relationship coming to an end, Nick and Mariah have stayed on good terms for the sake of their twins Moroccan and Monroe, who celebrate their fourth birthday on Thursday.

Nick Cannon is still supporting Mariah Carey following their split

Mariah recently told E! News how she and Nick are managing to co-parent their children following their split.

"They’re always with me," she revealed. "They're with me or they're with their father. It is what it is and I would never just be like, 'I'm going, you're not going to be with me.' They wouldn't understand that. So they're the most important thing to me. Their family is going to be here. They're going to be great."

The former couple also reunited to celebrate Easter with their twins, and hosted an extra special egg hunt which they each documented on their social media accounts.
