Peter Andre has penned a beautiful letter to Prince William and Kate about life with a second baby. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed their daughter Princess Charlotte just over a week ago, and as an experienced father-of-three, Peter has shared some touching words of advice.
Writing in this week's HELLO! magazine, the singer opened up about how he raises his three kids – his son Junior and daughter Princess from his previous marriage, and his 15-month-old baby Amelia who he shares with his fiancée Emily MacDonagh.

"The more children I have, the easier I find parenthood," wrote Peter, 42. "My children are very close, especially Bista [Princess] and Junior. They entertain each other and love to help look after Amelia. The joy of a new baby is that Prince George will have a friend he can count on forever."

The Mysterious Girl singer, who has been crowned Celebrity Dad of the Year twice, also shared the most invaluable lesson he has learnt from other parents.
"Never neglect the other children – not even for a minute," wrote Peter. "That's where jealousy or resentment can build, so involve them as much as you can. Bista loves picking out Amelia's outfits – she feels like she's bringing up her sister.
"The children were involved in Amelia's birth from the start. They would come to scans, help rub oil on Emily's belly, talk to the baby and help us pick out her name."

The reality TV star, who is madly in love with trainee doctor Emily, also gave William a piece of advice about caring for his wife Kate.
"It's important we take care of the new mum, who has given us the greatest gift in our children," wrote Peter. "I recently told my manager that when Emily and I have another child, I want to take six months off work to bond and spend that time with the family.
"I know that as a royal you can't do that, even though I'm sure you want nothing more than to stay at home and hang out with your children. You have commitments and duties that you must perform. All we can do is praise you and your wonderful wife."

Peter – who has been in the spotlight for his chart-topping hits, his high-profile relationships, his charity work and his reality TV stints – finished off the letter by empathising with the royal couple.
"Having support from the public can be flattering, but Emily and I are aware that people can judge us for the decisions we make. No doubt you know how that feels. The truth is that what makes a great parent is simple: you put your children first."
