He's been on an extremely strict diet and intense fitness regime in the lead up to his wedding, but with the ceremony over, Mark Wright was able to reward himself with a Chinese takeaway. The former TOWIE star, who wed his fiancée Michelle Keegan on Sunday, made a return to Instagram after almost a week of silence – and posted a photo of his gargantuan meal.

Sharing the mouth-watering snap online, Mark captioned it: "That's all for now!!"

His new wife Michelle has been quiet on social media, and while it's not known whether she indulged in the takeaway with Mark, Michelle has previously written on her HELLO! Online blog how much the couple love food.
As for the actual wedding breakfast, Mark, who is from Essex, and Michelle, who hails from Greater Manchester, gave their guests a feast that incorporated both northern and southern delicacies. Pie and mash with liquor, and beer-battered fish and chips with mushy peas, both featured on their wedding menu.

"When we go out we always order a couple of dishes as we like to share food," Mark, 28, has previously told HELLO! magazine. "We order what we both like so we can have a bit of each."
Mark also revealed that he had lost almost two stone from his time on Strictly Come Dancing, which saw him waltz and samba his way to the final on last year's series. He managed to keep the weight off while also building up muscle, which is what he really wanted.

"I'm going to the gym and doing cardio up to the wedding – running and swimming – and sit in the sauna and steam; do a big detox," Mark previously said.
The radio presenter and his actress love married on Sunday 24 May at St Mary's Church in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The couple then celebrated their reception at the nearby Tudor mansion Hengrave Hall, which was actually the first venue the couple viewed after Mark proposed back in 2013.
