Kanye's birthday is not the only reason the couple have to celebrate this week. Kim recently announced that she and Kanye are expecting their second baby together.
The reality TV star revealed the happy news in a teaser for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In the clip, Kim is seen receiving news that she's pregnant during an appointment with her doctor.
She then tells sister Khloe: "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"
The couple stepped out for the first time since their pregnancy announcement at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York, where Kim revealed how grateful she was to be expecting a sibling for her daughter North West.
"It's a very different type of pregnancy from my first one, but I'm so grateful to be pregnant when we didn't even think it was going to happen for us," she told Us Weekly. "I don’t care how sick I am."
