Jennifer Aniston could not be happier since meeting Justin Theroux. The actress did not hesitate to name the actor as the best thing that has happened to her in her 40s when asked about the highlight of the last few years.
"Justin," the former Friends star told People. "He's the best thing this decade."
The 46-year-old also recalled the first time she met her fiancé on the set of his film Tropic Thunder, saying that his fashion sense was what she immediately noticed.
Jennifer Aniston said Justin Theroux is the best thing to happen to her
"He was wearing black, black, black and I started to sweat just looking at him," she said.
They may differ in their dress sense, but Jennifer said that Justin was spot-on with his choice of engagement ring. The actor proposed in August 2012, presenting his fiancée with an emerald-cut diamond ring that Jennifer describes as "beautiful".
She said: "I just think it's so beautiful. I love it because he picked it, put it into a setting and it's simple."
The couple have kept people guessing about when they will tie the knot, and Jennifer revealed in February that they are still trying to decide on the right kind of ceremony for them.
The couple have been engaged since August 2012
"There's a big discussion in our house right now," she told InStyle. "Do you just do it and say screw it? Or do you try desperately to get away with (a secret ceremony) where you don't have any fun because you're hiding in a cave somewhere? If we could do it without all the buzzing and the noise…
"It can be done. When there's a will, there's a way!"
While she may want to keep her nuptials a secret, Jennifer isn't shy about talking of her love for the Wanderlust star.
In an appearance on The Talk, Jennifer said Justin is her "creative crush" due to his talent and continued to describe him as "a beautiful human being".
