Giovanna Fletcher had the full support of her family for the launch of her third novel on Thursday. Her husband Tom Fletcher and one-year-old son Buzz settled down in front of the TV especially to watch her appearance on Lorraine.
McBusted star Tom shared a picture on Instagram that showed him sitting in a toy car with Buzz by his side gazing at the television in anticipation of his mum's appearance.
"In our PJs ready for mummy on Lorraine," Tom wrote.
The musician had earlier done his bit to support his wife by sharing a picture of Giovanna's new book Dream a Little Dream to let his fans know that it was available to buy.
Giovanna recently told HELLO! that Tom supports her throughout the writing process, and often gives his feedback on her work.
"I do value Tom's opinion," Giovanna said. "Even if it's criticism. We have been together long enough not to be offended – and you can't be too precious when you are a writer – as long as it's constructive."
The HELLO! Online blogger also revealed how she has balanced her work as an author with looking after her son.
"I had to wait until he was six months old before I got back into it," she admits. "I write a lot quicker than I used to because time is of an essence now. You have to focus. I have stopped going on Twitter and Facebook and checking out what is happening with The Kardashians because, if I am going to spend time away from Buzz, then I don't want to be wasting my time."
Giovanna admitted that herself and Tom would like to have more children in the near future.
"I would like another one fairly soon," she confided. "I would like Buzz to have a playmate and be around the same age."
