Kourtney Kardashian spent Wednesday treating her daughter Penelope to a very special third birthday at Disneyland. While they were out, an assistant was seen moving Scott Disick's belongings out of the former couple's home in Calabasas.In a move that seems to cement the end of Kourtney and Scott's on-off nine year relationship, a woman was photographed carrying armfuls of clothes and other personal items from the Beverly Hills property Scott shared with Kourtney and their three children, five-year-old Mason, Penelope, three, and six-month-old Reign.

Kourtney, 36, called time on her long-term romance with Scott last week after photographs surfaced of him looking cosy with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo. Shortly afterwards, Scott reportedly checked into rehab in Florida on Sunday – only to walk out a few hours later.Kourtney’s decision to move Scott's belongings out might have hit home for the troubled star.He had been scheduled to make a paid appearance in Las Vegas on Thursday, but pulled out at the last minute. According to some sources, 32-year-old Scott had not been taking the split seriously because he is not convinced the relationship is over for good. "Scott says that he's doing fine," an insider told People. "He says that he is not upset that the relationship is over, because 'over' doesn't always mean 'over'. He has left open the door to getting back with her. "The source added: "But he's open to the idea that she may not forgive him and it may really be over for good, and he's ok with that too. Right now his feeling is, whatever happens, happens."
