Perrie Edwards has revealed that her Little Mix bandmates are helping her to get over her split from Zayn Malik. The 22-year-old was comforted by James Corden following the band's performance on The Late, Late Show on Monday night.

"Are you OK? It's been a tough few weeks," asked James as he pulled Perrie in for a hug.

The Black Magic singer, whose fiancé Zayn called time on their relationship in July, replied to say she is "good" following the split.

"Do you know what? I am good," Perrie said. "I wake up every day and thank my lucky stars that I have these three girls."

Perrie has been kept busy following the break-up as she is currently on a promotional tour in America with Little Mix. The group took to the stage with Taylor Swift as part of her 1989 world tour on Saturday night, and revealed that she had even chartered a private jet for them.

Leigh-Anne said: "It was incredible. Do you know what? She is the loveliest person ever, she's so lovely. We flew back with her. She is so business minded. She's an inspiration."

It was revealed that Zayn had ended his relationship with Perrie earlier this month, with the blonde beauty only speaking out to say that she was "good" during the band's interview with E! News.

Despite reportedly being "devastated" by the break-up, Perrie has been keeping her spirits up with the support of her bandmates and has shared a number of fun selfies on social media – including a series of snaps from their recent trip to Las Vegas.

Meanwhile Zayn has also been in Los Angeles where he is said to be working on his debut solo album and recently attended Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday party. The 22-year-old has not yet spoken about the split, but became embroiled in a Twitter row with Calvin Harris on Monday night after he appeared to criticise Taylor Swift for refusing to stream her music for free on Spotify.
