Julia Bradbury shows off flawless bikini body 5 months after welcoming twins

August 24, 2015

It's only been five months since Julia Bradbury welcomed her twin girls, but the TV presenter showed no signs of having recently given birth in her latest Instagram photos. The 45-year-old looked incredible in one bikini snap, where she was pictured sunning herself on a rooftop in Ibiza.

Relaxing by a pool, Julia struck a pose in a monochrome patterned two-piece and happily showed off her washboard abs.

The ex-Countryfile host, who also has a four-year-old son Zephyrus with her partner Gerard Cunningham, added a glittering accessory to her beach look – a crown.

Channelling the famous Disney character, Julia wrote: "Princess Elsa says farewell #ibizacrew2015 @ibanadelrio @iammrvincent @rokstoneent @joehartfield @brittaheubeck @jazzydolly07 It Go! Let It Go!"

In another recent photo Julia revealed that she was coming to the end of her summer holiday in Spain and heading off to the Jurassic Coast in Dorset to film. "Last day on the beach #ibiza #holiday," she captioned a beach selfie. "Next stop Dorset #jurassiccoast #filming."

Judging by her Instagram profile, the TV favourite has been having the time of her life abroad, taking care of her newborns and also enjoying some down time with her friends. She hasn't let her exercise regime fall to the side, however, as she shared another photo of herself hiking to "get the blood flowing".

Her twin daughters Xanthe and Zena also feature heavily on her Instagram. A recent snap showed the gorgeous little girls wearing matching summer frocks, lying down next to each other and sporting identical grins. "Coooeeee!" Julia captioned the photo.

The proud mum exclusively introduced her babies to HELLO! magazine in April, when they were just a few weeks old.

"It's my dream come true and I feel incredibly lucky," said Julia, who went through five rounds of IVF. "I still pinch myself and think, 'I'm a mother of three.' All the effort, everything we went through as a family, is more than worth it.

"I had been very happy throughout the pregnancy but there was always this cautionary shadow on my shoulder that something could go wrong. You don't take anything for granted – the five rounds of IVF, the heartaches and failures along the way and making it through the pregnancy. So the moment I felt the deepest joy was when they were both on my chest and I thought, 'They’ve made it.'"
