Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie could be the latest Hollywood couple looking to settle in the UK, according to reports. The A-Listers are said to be house hunting in London in a bid to relocate from the US.

The move is reportedly so Angelina, who is a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations, can get involved in European politics.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly looking for a house in the UK

A source told Us Weekly: "They're house hunting in London. Angie wants to slowly immerse herself in E.U. politics."

The couple are reportedly interested in a seven-bedroom mansion in Westminster that would be big enough for themselves and their six children – Maddox, 14, Pax, 11, Zahara, ten, Shiloh, nine and seven-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. However at $39million, the couple won't be rushing into buying the home without giving it serious consideration.

"It's a huge investment. Neither of them wants to throw down that amount of cash."

The couple have a château in the South of France, where they married last year

Brad and Angelina are said to have toured the property during their visit to London in June. The couple were in the capital so Angelina could attend a luncheon as part of her work on UK foreign policy, but also enjoyed afternoon tea with Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton at Kensington Palace.

The pair are said to have stayed at the palace for a few hours, where they reportedly discussed their shared interest in combatting the illegal wildlife trade.

Brad and Angelina are not the only A-List stars looking to relocate to the UK; George Clooney and his wife Amal are set to move into a Grade II listed mansion in Sonning, Berkshire after renovation work to the property has been completed.

A move to the UK would also mean that Château Miraval, the estate they own in the beautiful Provence countryside is easily within reach. The couple tied the knot at the sprawling French hideaway in September 2014.
