Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr have celebrated her 13th wedding anniversary

Sarah and Freddie have one of Hollywood's strongest marriages. The smitten stars first met in 1997 when they were filming the teen horror movie I Know What You Did Last Summer, and started dating in 2000. They married two years later, on 1 September 2002, and are now proud parents to two children; daughter Charlotte Grace, five, and two-year-old son Rocky.Sarah, who has been busy promoting her Crazy 8 kids fashion line, recently revealed that she and Freddie "split everything pretty fairly" on the parenting front.Speaking to E! News, she said: "I mean, I think that that's how you have to raise children today, as you want them to be independent and want them to see in our society that there is no difference between men and women, and go from there."

The couple waited a number of years before starting a family, and in 2009 – shortly before announcing her first pregnancy – Sarah explained why. "When we do have children, my husband and I will have such a strong foundation because we've given our relationship time to grow," she told Access Hollywood."I try to go into everything with an open mind, but it's much more than I thought it would be. The partnership grows to such a different level. And all my life, it was just my mom and me, us against the world; so to let someone else in and to have another partner was hard for me."Now he's my partner, my best friend, and my husband."
