Coleen Nolan has revealed she is set to become a grandmother. The 50-year-old announced the happy news that her eldest son Shane Richie Jr is expecting his first child on Loose Women on Monday.
She explained: "[The child] is from my eldest son Shane and Emma, they're not actually together sadly but they're really good friends and they're both going to be great parents and we're all so excited, and she has asked me to be with her at the birth. I'm so excited."
An excited Coleen then revealed that they are expecting a baby girl and have already decided on a name.

"She's going to be called Amelia Rose," Coleen revealed.
With just months to go until she becomes a "nanny", Coleen admitted she had spent much of her recent holiday in Orlando, Florida, buying baby clothes for the new arrival.
"I spent most of the time in America buying this child clothes and my husband said, 'It's not here yet! I went, 'Wait until it is!'"
Coleen also said she hopes to be a hands-on grandmother when baby Amelia is born.

"Well I'd like to be. I hope I will. I just hope that their work clashes and I have to step in to look after Amelia," she joked.
Shane is not the only member of Coleen's family to share some life-changing news lately; the singer's youngest son Jake Roche is also preparing to settle down after getting engaged to Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson in July.
Despite Jake saying that he and Jesy are in no rush to wed following his romantic proposal, it appears Jesy may think otherwise after Coleen revealed that her future daughter-in-law has already been emailing her with wedding ideas.
"Jesy has been emailing with dress ideas, ranging from fishtails to princess skirts," Coleen wrote in her column for The Mirror. "They definitely want the whole hog, a white wedding with all the trimmings."
She added that it may not be long until the loved-up pair walk down the aisle.
"Although they're young, I don't think they'll hang about."
