Taylor Swift shares her pride at brother Austin's first film role

Taylor Swift is a proud big sister. The 25-year-old pop princess took to Instagram on Wednesday to share some exciting news about her younger brother Austin, revealing that he has just completed his very first film.Sharing a photo of Austin in action, Taylor wrote alongside: "My brother @austinkingsleyswift just acted in his first movie and I'm all proud and stuff."

Back in May, 23-year-old budding star Austin graduated from Notre Dame University, where Taylor would regularly drop in to see him perform in student theatre.It is thought that his film debut is in the upcoming revenge thriller I.T. While plot details remain shrouded in secrecy, Deadline reports that the movie will star Pierce Brosnan, who plays a successful owner of a private jet business who finds himself pitted against a disgruntled young I.T consultant.The consultant takes revenge on Pierce's character by stalking his daughter (played by Disney Channel's Stefani Scott), and uses technology to threaten his family and his livelihood.The film's release date hasn’t been confirmed yet, but Taylor will no doubt be among the first to show her support. She and Austin are very close and are often seen out and about together.

Just a few weeks ago, they attended an MTV after-party – during which Taylor's friend Lorde shared a tweet giving an insight into the siblings' sweet relationship. "At the after-party Austin leaned down from the banquette heaving with models in VIP to whisper in Taylor's ear, ‘We grew up on a FARM!!'," Lorde shared. The following day, Taylor herself shared an adorable throwback photo showing her and Austin as children sitting with their father on a tractor.
