Despite the end of their ten-year marriage, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been maintaining a sense of routine and normality in their children's lives. On Sunday, the couple were pictured going to church with their three kids, followed by an outing to a local farmers' market.
Ben and Jennifer, who are committed to co-parenting daughters Violet and Seraphina and son Samuel, were all smiles as they exited a church in the affluent neighbourhood of Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles.

Both mum and dad looked to be in high spirits as they spent the weekend as a family-of-five together with their children.
Jennifer has been filming Miracles from Heaven in Atlanta while Ben has been taking care of his brood at home, but the parents have made a conscious effort to regularly meet up over the summer.
As they walked around the farmers' market, Ben, who had his hands full with colourful balloons, bought some snacks and drinks for the children. The 43-year-old actor dressed casually in jeans and a checked shirt, while Jennifer, also 43, showed off her legs in a stripey skirt and black T-shirt.

On the day after their tenth wedding anniversary, the Hollywood power couple announced that they were separating, but would "go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting" their children.
There have been plenty of family outings since, including a visit to Disney World to celebrate Ben's 43rd birthday and a trip to the Bahamas to spend the 4th of July weekend.

After spending a lot of time in Atlanta for Jennifer's filming commitments, the amicable exes and their children are now back in LA for the start of the academic school year. Jennifer and her brood are staying in the family home, while Ben is living in a rented property just down the street.
"She's happy to get back to her usual, family routine with the kids in LA," a source told People earlier this month. "Jen seems in good spirits and is almost back to her normal, positive personality."
